Endstep

Formats

Endstep plays constructed, cube draft, set draft and sealed the way you would expect. It also runs a handful of formats that are hard to find anywhere else online, because they need a rules engine willing to bend, and because nobody else has bothered.

What is here

  • Constructed Every banlist
  • Cube draft Yours or imported
  • Set draft & sealed Real collation
  • Two-player draft Winston, Richman
  • Multiplayer Three and four seats
  • Variants Momir, Forgetful Fish

The usual suspects

Constructed runs against the engine's own format catalogue, so deck legality is checked by the same code that knows the banlists, not by a list we maintain by hand. Vintage, Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Standard, Pauper, Commander and a no-banlist casual mode are all selectable in the lobby.

  • Cube draft. Build a cube in the editor or import one from CubeCobra, then draft it with friends, with bots, or with a mix of both.
  • Set draft and sealed. Boosters generated from a real set's collation, drafted eight-handed or opened as sealed.
  • Best-of-three with sideboarding. Both players board at once between games rather than waiting in turn, and either can withdraw and edit again until both are locked in.
